We have both fallen in love with Africa. The vistas, the smells, the animals, but most of all the people.
We really can’t wait to go back. You and John have ruined us haha.
When John sent the quote, was it two years ago?, Caroline was aghast at the price. After day 3 she
said she thought she could see where that money went. After day 29 she was wondering how we got
it so cheap. For me, that speaks volumes!
I really find it hard to choose any favourites. But for me Kenya, Tanzania and especially Luangwa at Puku Ridge stand out. Puku because all of the staff went out of their way to make us feel special even though we were the only guests there most of the time. Also the chef at Puku needs a special mention. His name escapes me. All of our guides were fantastic. Our hosts, staff and accommodation were exceptional. Everything was organised well and went smoothly.
