ITINERARY AND QUOTE PROCESS

Please note the following information regarding our quoting process.

1. Initial contact and request for an itinerary is received from you. We will respond to you, have a telephone discussion to determine exactly what you wish to experience, give you a generalized Summary Itinerary and indicative quote and ask for your feedback as to the suitability to you. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.

2. If you are generally happy with the proposed itinerary we will then send the Summary Itinerary to all our African providers and confirm availability and cost.

3. Once received we will produce a very detailed digital itinerary and cost for you and hold accommodation provisionally for 10 – 14 days. You may change this itinerary in any way you please to ensure that it suits you perfectly.

4. Once you confirm the itinerary, we will send you the Booking Documents and confirm your travel plans. A non refundable deposit is paid and the balance is due 90 days before travel.
