Thank you for arranging a fantastic time in South Africa and the Mashatu area in Botswana. This trip was in the green season, which not only provided great animal viewing but stunning scenery and the beauty of changing weather, which further enhanced our time. The highlight was daily morning sightings of the Brown Hyaena playing only a few metres from the car, coupled with changing skies and excitement for the sundowner.
The lodges were, as usual, fantastic. While not considered top luxury, they were fantastic value for money with great food and attentive staff. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and met all of our expectations. The staff could not have done any more for us and could not be faulted.
We finished the trip at the Cradle of Humankind, which was a great end to our holiday. Accommodation near Lanseria provided a great stay. Marapeng provided a great insight into the evolution of mankind, and the visit was made complete on returning home and watching a Netflix documentary, “Unknown: Cave of Bones”.
While we have been fortunate to have visited Africa before with your help, this trip continued to provide something new for us. Can’t wait for the next adventure.Regards,
