An Amazing Experience For Us!

from Jane and Jen

Thank you again for organizing such an amazing experience for us.

Totally different to South Africa (we enjoyed the complete holiday in SA with Victoria Falls, Cape Town and Soweto). Kenya was all Safari. We may have scared the House of Waine as we went out to visit the nightlife the second night for cigars and cocktails (not sure many guests leave the accommodation there).

Karen Blixen Camp was beautiful on the banks with a residence of 34 hippos, along with giraffes, crocodiles who all visited regularly whilst we were sipping our G&T’s. (Safely on the other side of the banks and far too many G&T’s but we were on holiday after all….)

Our first game drive we saw all of the big five. Very well organized in the Mara North with only 5 vehicles allowed at a sighting at one time. We saw the Masa Mara village and almost purchased a “made in China” mug.

The hot air ballon experience was simply incredible, the weather fantastic – this was such a marvelous morning! We are considering our mode of transport from helicopters to hot air balloons now…..

Ilkeliani was second level in terms of animal sightings – our lion count was a total of 75. We were initially worried as aware rangers protected animals and were not allowed to get as close….but the lovely Ben our guide set out to please us and he did indeed.

We saw amazing wildlife from the big 5 to the most beautiful birds which really were astonishing. The African wildlife is like no other, lions eating buffalo I could sit and watch for hours!

Both camps provided amazing service, food and accommodation – we could not fault either camp – great choices thank you!

Albatross on the land were also fabulous, they on time with big friendly smiles. John, I believe his name was Otto who collected us from Wilsom to take us to Jomo – sends his warmest regards.

I can’t fault our experience, and we genuinely thank you for putting the time and effort into our itineraries.

We would recommend your services to anyone that asks and can assure you we will be back when the wild calls us again.

Thank you again John and Lindy.
