An interactive journey into the heart of the rainbow nation, and the hihlights include a visit to the Historic District Six Museum, a visit to Langa, the oldest “township” in Cape Town, Khayelitsha, the largest township in Cape Town, a chance to interact with the locals and visit
a Traditional Healer and excellent African Crafts.

Note: A full day will include lunch at a local restaurant in the townships and an afternoon drink in a local shebeen (tavern).

Experience the pulse of Soweto, one of Africa’s largest and most famous black townships. You will visit Baragwanath Hospital, the largest hospital in the southern hemisphere; the Walter Sisulu Square of Dedication (formerly known as Freedom Square) in Kliptown; Regina Mundi church; The Hector Pieterson memorial which is named after the thirteen year old school boy who was one of the first to die of a gunshot wound in the 1976 Soweto uprising. You will also have the opportunity to view the former houses of Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu which are on Vilakazi Street.

Join us every Saturday morning for a walk on the mountain as part of a group or book your own private guide to walk with you on the mountain. In the interests of your own safety, we advise you to never walk alone on the mountain and always tell someone if you plan to climb Table Mountain.

Meet up with a group of hiking enthusiasts early in the morning to walk up the famous Table Mountain. A guide who has intimate knowledge of the mountain leads this tour: its paths, its famous fynbos and vegetation and its fauna. Enjoy the spectacular views
of the city of Cape Town and its surrounding suburbs.

Please note: This tour starts on a Saturday at 07h00 weather dependant and it can also be booked as a private tour on any
other day.

Each year the Southern Right Whale makes a journey to our coastlines to give birth to their offspring and enjoy their annual mating ritual. On this exciting journey enjoy Hermanus, best land based whale watching in the world, False Bay coastal drive (endless beaches and sea views).

This is the perfect tour for those who want to get up close and personal with a great white shark. Prior to departure there will be an educational briefing on the anatomy and behaviour patterns of Great White sharks. A scenic boat trip will take you from Gansbaai to Dyer Island, which is an excellent area to successfully view Great White sharks. The diving will be in a specially designed cage so that you can get up close and personal with the sharks.

Please note: the tour departs at 06h00 and returns around 18h00; Gansbaai is two hours from Cape Town. The trip caters for qualified divers as well as non-divers (bring your diving card with you).
