Sundowner Cruise

At about 16h00, guests are collected from the lodge by a representative from Wilderness Safaris. The transfer down to the jetty is just over five minutes.

On arrival, you’ll be met by the captain of the launch, who is also a trained field guide. Your two hour cruise up and down the Zambezi is both fascinating and great fun.

The cruise includes drinks and snacks and just before dusk, you face the setting sun and toast the Queen of the Mighty Zambezi – NyamiNyami. You return to the jetty around 18h30 and are transferred back to your lodge/hotel for the rest of the evening at leisure.

A popular cruise including finger snacks, beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks. There are great photo opportunities against often-spectacular African sunsets.
