Rissington Inn

Rissington Inn is a small privately owned country lodge hotel located in the Hazyview/ Kiepersol Conservancy, where walks on the farm and neighbouring properties are highly recommended and sighting of antelope, giraffe, zebra and hippo are not unusual. With views of the colourful landscaped gardens dotted with mango trees, the large en-suite rooms are individually decorated and all have a private veranda or sitting room. Excellent meals, especially breakfast, are served in the relaxed, informal restaurant offering guests a variety of South African specialities.

The extensive cellar houses a wide selection of local award winning wines and Chris, the owner is always happy to discuss the merits of the vintages in stock.  From this delightful inn, day visits can be made to the Kruger Park, Pilgrim’s Rest, Blyde River Canyon or God’s Window whilst the more sporting can enjoy a game of golf or a morning’s fishing on one of the many rivers in the area.
