Sossusvlei Lodge uniquely crouches almost unnoticed in a vast ocean of unparalleled desert beauty.  Shaded by camel thorn trees, Sossusvlei Lodge is testament to the ingenuity of and eco-friendly design. Adobe walls are shaded by canvas roofs, almost berber-like in their shading of the cool slate floor within.

Solar energy supplies the lights in all rooms. For the guests convenience a 220-240V power point on the standard South African 3-point system is available in each room.

When the pale desert floor stretches away to meet the evening sky, enjoy a gourmet dinner al fresco. Soft light and the true Namibian star studded skies add to the ambience of an unforgettable desert dinner.
